氨曲南(Aztreonam)治疗严重革兰氏阴性菌感染的临床疗效

摘　　要：用氨曲南(Aztreonam)治疗11例严重G^-菌感染(老年10例,青年1例)并对其他抗生素耐药的患者取得良好的疗效。其中,治愈7例,进步2例,无效2例;总有效率为81.82%(9/11)。治疗前痰培养检出细菌12例,治疗后8例细菌阴转。用药期间,除1例有轻度恶心及腹泻之外,未发现严重的不良作用及过敏反应。氨曲南对严重G^-菌感染的老年患者有特殊治疗价值。Eleven patients(including 10 elderly and 1 young)with serious Gram-negative infection and resistant to other antibiotics got satisfactory effects with Aztreonam.7 of 11 were cured,2 improved,2 failed;the total effective rate was 81.82%(9/11).The pathogents were 12.At the end of therapy,8 pathogens were eradicated.No serious adverse effects and allergic reactions were found except one had mild nausea and diarrhea.The authors consider that Aztreonam is an ef-fective and safe antibiotic,especially Aztreonam is of great value in treating the se-rious Gram-Negative infection in the elderly.
