摘　　要：介绍了为某产品研制的模拟面目标中频正交幅度调制系统,其输出的调制信号频率为120MHz,1dB带宽较宽,合成输出脉冲宽度为9.145μs,杂波电平为-33dBm。可模拟的面目标最小高度为15m。We develop a quadrature amplitude modulation system of middle frequency for simulated surface target of a product.The output of modulated signal frequency is 120 MHz with much wider,the 1 dB band width .The output of synthetic pluse width is 9.145 μs.The spurious level is below -33 dBm.The minimum altitude of the simulated surface target is 15 m.
