摘 要:利用无机磷、硅酸盐 2种选择性培养基 ,从河南省不同土类及丘陵自然土壤中 ,分离菌株1 3株 ,通过各菌株在上述 2种培养基上的直观表现 ,定性判断菌株的解磷钾能力 ;将菌株进行砂培试验 ,去离子水浸提 ,测定上清液速效及全磷钾含量 ,获得菌株解磷钾能力的定量数据。结果表明 ,菌株的解磷钾能力不能仅从菌落及透明圈大小判断 ,不同菌株释放到土体环境的速效性磷钾和保存于细胞中的缓效磷钾的比例存在明显差异。The 13 kinds of strains were segregated,from various soils and special eco-environment in Henan province,by use of inorganic phosphate and silicate cultural media. Their capability of dissolving P and K compound was qualitatively analyzed through different colonial feature of the strains growing on media,and quantitatively analyzed through the sand culture experiment by determining the content of available and total P and K in extract solutions. The results indicated that the capability of strain in dissolving P and K compound could not be judgeg only by the colonial feature and their transparent circle size in media.There was obvious difference about the proportion of available P and K released in soil and slow available P and K fixed in strain cell among the experimental strain.
