摘　　要：院校合并、后勤服务化、计算机管理给高校档案工作带来了新问题,而加强档案分级管理,提高计算机应用能力是解决以上问题的基本对策。With the merging colleges and universities, logistics socialization and computerized-management, the archive administration work at colleges is faced with new problems. This paper presents some corresponding solutions to these problems, such as energizing level-to-level administration of archives and improving the computer utility.
