双峰驼精液的某些特点及化学成分分析

摘　　要：本研究从10峰公驼采精158次,研究了双峰驼精液的基本特征及主要化学成分。结果表明,双峰驼的射精量为4.35±1.86毫升,采精后精子活力为0.78±0.19,精子浓度为5.59±1.20亿/毫升,精液的pH为7.37±0.06。此外还对精清中的葡萄糖、乳酸、磷、钙、钾、钠、氯、镁及总氮含量进行了测定。Ten fertile male camels (Camelus bactrianus) were utilized to evaluate semen characteristics and chemical components The results showed that the ejaculate volumes were 4.35 ± 1.83 (l^12.5)ml collected by means of AV,with sperm motility of 0.78± 0.1 after collection. Spermatozoa concentration was 5.59±1.20×109 cells/ml, total sparmatozoa par ejaculate was 24.32± 1.94 × 109cells. Concentrations of some substances in the seminal plasma were, glucose 12.15±9.59 mg/dl, lactic acid 11.00± 3.02 mg/dl, phosphous 12.61±1.2 mg/dl, Calcium 12.65±4.7 mg/dl, potassium 9.03±8.4 mEq/L, Sodium 163.77 ± 13.18 mEq/L, Chloride 173.2±59.11 mEq/L, Magnesium 8.18±7.16 mg/dl and total nitrogen 0.24± 0.08g/dl.
