重庆涪陵磨盘沟不同生境中桫椤群落的物种多样性研究

摘　　要：应用 β多样性指数和聚类分析方法对生境进行划分 ,研究了不同生境中重庆涪陵磨盘沟桫椤 (Alsophilaspinu losaTryon)群落的物种多样性 .结果表明 :群落生境可划分为Ⅰ类 (岩缝沟谷地 )、Ⅱ类 (农垦切入地 )和Ⅲ类 (河滩弃耕地 ) .这 3种类型的群落物种多样性指数的测度结果为从大到小依次为Ⅰ >Ⅱ >Ⅲ 。The categorization of different habitat types was done with cluster analysis based on β diversity feature and parameters of the habitats. In addition, the species diversity at different habitats of Alsophila spinulosa Tryon in Mopangou of Fuling District, Chongqing City, was measured and studied using the methods of species abundance, Simpson index, Shannon-Wienner index, Pielou's evenness index. The results showed habitats of Alsophila spinulosa Tryon community could be clustered into 3 groups, Ⅰ(gully slope), Ⅱ(cultivated lands patches), Ⅲ(abandoned croplands along river bank).Feature of species diversity index of them was Ⅰ>Ⅱ>Ⅲ. Different of species diversity in each habitat indicated that community compositions were responded to different habitat conditions.
