二维多普勒超声心动图研究右室起搏患者三尖瓣反流

摘　　要：用二维多普勒超声心动图对27例正常人、40例已安置有右室永久性起搏器患者及6例安置起搏器前后患者的三尖瓣反流(TR)进行了对比研究。结果表明,48.0%正常人测到TR,40例右室起搏患者中,92.5%发生TR,重度反流占10.0%;随着安置时间的延长,TR发生率及程度加重;导致TR的主要原因为起搏导管阻碍瓣膜关闭。In order to evaluate tricuspid regurgitation (TR) after insertion of a pacing catheter, comparative study was made by using two-dimensional Doppler echocardiography in 40 patients with permanent pacemaker and 27 normal subjects. The result showed that: (1) TR was found in 92.5% patients with pacemaker, 10% of them were severe. In contrast, TR occurred only in 48.0% of normal subjects; (2) The longer the pacemaker was implanted, the severer with higher incidence the TR would be; (3) The mechanisms of postoperative TR may be due to valve closure impeded by electrode pacing catheter; (4) Two-dimensional-Doppler echocardiography is a useful examination in detecting and following-up of TR in patients with pacemaker.
