感染性心内膜炎所致冠状动脉栓塞七例报告

摘　　要：本文报告7例感染性心内膜炎所致的冠状动脉栓塞,其中5例尸检证实,2例经心电图诊断。Seven cases (male, aged 19-35 yrs.) of coronary embolism complicating infective endocarditis were report. Among them, six cases were of rheumatic heart disease, one case of aortic bicuspid valve deformity. All of the patients had fever, hepatomegaly, splenomegaly, heart murmur, anemia and increased erythrocyte sedimentation rate. Three patients developed precordial pain and arrhythmia with ECG showing myocardial infarction of the anterior wall. Six patients died of heart failure while one got improved. Autopsy of five patients showed severe destruction, deformity or even perforation of the aortic valve with vegetations and fresh or old infarction in the left ventricular wall. This study suggests that coronary embolism resulted from infective endocarditis should be suspected in young patients of acute myocardial infarction with past history of heart disease.
