尿路结石经ESWL治疗后并发症产生的原因及处理

摘　　要：目的　探讨ESWL治疗后并发症产生的原因、预防及处理。方法　本组采用X线双球管双向定位碎石机对 472例尿路结石患者行ESWL治疗。结果　 472例行ESWL治疗后 ,有 14 6例有不同并发症出现 ,其中血尿 12 7例 ,腹痛及腹胀痛 83例 ,石街形成 3 4例 ,尿路感染17例 ,肾包膜下血肿 1例。结论　在行ESWL治疗尿路结石时 ,应合理掌握碎石指标及时机 ,术后可服用消炎、利尿 ,中药配合排石等以减少并发症的发生。Objective To research the cause , prevention and disposal of the complications after the ESWL treatment. Methods 427 cases of urinary calculus received the treatment of ESWL method by using the x-ray double bulbs and two direction localization macadam machine in this study. Results 427 cases of urinary calculus received the ESWL treatment ,146 cases had the different degree complications, among these there were 127 cases of hematuria,83 cases of abdominal pain and abdominal distention and pain, 34 cases of stone road,17 cases of urinary tract infection,1 case of the hematoma under the kidney envelope.Conclusion During the phase of urinary calculus treated by ESWL, the macadam marker and time should be handled properly. After the ESWLtreatment , the anti-infection, diuresis drugs and Chinese herb medicine can be given to help the stone can be discharged and finally to decrease the rate of complications.
