摘　　要：目的　探讨ELISA操作考核方法。方法　以HBsAg低值质控血清ELISA定性检测为例 ,用Monica质控图进行操作考核。 结果　根据Monica质控图中垂线长短及中点所处的位置 ,可以判断被考核者检测结果的精密度与准确度。结论　用Monica质控图进行ELISA操作考核 ,方法实用 ,简便可行。Objective To discuss the exam way to enzyme-linked immunoadsorbent assay (ELISA) operation. Methods Operation exams were carried out via Monica quality control chart in ELISA test of HBsAg low value quality control sera.Results The accuracy of the test result of the operator was determined, according to the length of the perpendicular and the location of the midpoint in Monica quality control chart. Conclusion It is convenient and helpful that Monica quality control chart is used in the exam of ELISA operation.
