摘　　要：目的　观察经尿道视频气化电切术治疗前列腺增生症的近期疗效。方法　应用经尿道视频气化电切术治疗前列腺增生症 46例。结果　手术时间平均为 80min ,平均失血 60ml,无电切综合征。术后半年随访 ,效果满意 ,并发症少。结论　经尿道视频气化电切术治疗前列腺增生症是安全有效、并发症少的方法。Objective To observe short-term curative effect of ransurethal video electro-vapor-ablation of the prostate (TUVEVAP) for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).Methods 46 cases of BPH were treated using TUVEVAP.Results The mean operative time and intraoperative bleading were respectively 80 minutes and 60ml. No patients experienced TUR syndrome. Following up for 6 months. The result was satisfied. During this period no complications were found. Conclusion The result showed that TUVEVAP for BPH was safety, low complication and evident efficacy.
