摘  要:根据地面驱动单螺杆泵工作特点 ,考虑井筒不同深度处流体粘度随温度变化以及井斜角变化对杆柱受力计算的影响 ,提出了螺杆泵采油井组合杆柱设计的微元段法 ,这种方法适合于任意下泵深度。应用第四强度理论计算复合应力和应力利用率 ,根据等强度设计准则 ,可以进行任意级组合杆柱设计。实例计算结果表明 ,理论计算值与实测值误差小于 5 % ,说明该微元段法是可行的。According to the operation characteristics of surface drive single screw pumps, in consideration of the influence of variation of fluid viscosity with temperature and the effect of variation of hole angle on the calculation of the force on rod string, an infinitesimal section method is presented for the design of the compound rod string of screw pump wells. With the compound stress and stress utility rate calculated by the fourth strength theory, compound rod string of any stage can be designed by using the infinitesimal section method according to the equal strength design criterion. An example of calculation shows that the method is feasible.
