摘　　要：文章介绍了 80C196KC单片机性能特点 ,以VXI总线PCM测井模块为例 ,分析了单片机应用系统的组成、结构框图、汇编程序设计。在测试中接入模拟电缆和实际测井电缆 。The performance characteristics of 80C196KC single chip computer and its application to the digital control logging module based on VXI bus are introduced. The configuration of single chip computer system of PCM logging module on FPGA technique and its corresponding PCM module assembly program are described.
