摘  要:用氧气代替空气作分子氧化剂,是石油化学工业的一个趋势。生产PTA用氧气氧化PX工艺能增加反应速率,缓和反应条件,减少副反应,降低消耗,提高产品质量,提高反应设备生产强度,有利于环境保护。分析氧气氧化工艺的安全性和经济性,指出该工艺有良好的工业应用前景,是PTA氧化工艺的发展方向。It is a trend of petrochemical industry that using oxygen to take the place of air as a molecular oxidant. PTA oxygen oxidation process has been researched in laboratory, was given patent claims and became ripeness day by day. In oxygen oxidation process the reaction rate can be increased ,the reaction condition is easier, the side reaction is reduced ,the consumption is decreased ,the product quality is increased ,the reactor capacity is increased and better environment can be reached. After analysis of its safeness and economy, it is pointed out that oxygen oxidation process is a developing direction of PTA oxidation technology and has a good future in commercial production.
