摘  要: 目的 :探讨牛珀至宝微丸对内毒素休克大鼠脑诱导型一氧化氮合酶 (i NOS)表达的影响。方法 :静脉注射内毒素 (L PS) 1.5 m g/ kg、腹腔注射 D 氨基半乳糖 (D Gal N) 10 0 mg/ kg造成内毒素休克模型 ;采用免疫组织化学方法检测 i NOS在脑区的表达。结果 :内毒素组 i NOS阳性细胞主要分布于大脑皮质、纹状体、脑干、小脑等 ;牛珀至宝微丸能明显降低内毒素所致 i NOS在脑组织中的表达 ,两组比较差异有统计学意义 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :牛珀至宝微丸治疗内毒素休克脑损伤与下调 i NOS的表达相关。Objective: To investigate the effect of Niupozhibao pellet(牛珀至宝微丸) on inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS) expression of brain in rats with endotoxin shock. Methods: The model of endotoxin shock was induced by 1.5 mg/kg of lipopolysaccharide (LPS) intravenously injection and 100 mg/kg of D-galactosamine(DGalN) intraperitoneally injection. The expression of iNOS in brain tissues was measured by immunohistochemistry. Results: iNOS immuno-positive cells in LPS group distributed mainly in layer of cerebral cortex, striaturn, brain stem reticular formation, cerebellar cortex.The number of positive cells in LPS group was much more than those of the group treated by Niupozhibao pellet, there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01). Conclusion: Niupozhibao pellet can improve the injury of brain induced by endotoxin shock through adjusting iNOS expression.
