胸部结节病10例的X线表现

摘　　要：目的　分析胸部结节病 X线表现。方法　分析 10例全部经病理证实的胸部结节病。结果　 10例胸部结节病中 4例仅有胸部淋巴结肿大 ,2例仅有肺部病变 ,4例既有淋巴结肿大又有肺部病变。结论　普通 X线常为首次发现 ,对胸内结节病有重要诊断价值。胸部结节病在工作中容易被忽视。Objective To analyze chest sarcoidosis on X-ray film.Methods This study included 10 cases with pathological provableness. Results In 10 cases, there were 4 cases with intumescing lymphglands in chest, 2 cases with lung shadows, and 4 cases either with intumescing lymphglands or with lung shadows.Conclusion Use of X-ray film is important for the diagnosis of chest sarcoidosis, however, chest sarcoidosis is often neglected in our clinical work.
