摘  要:采用氧化铝空心球和α Al2 O3微粉为原料 ,以磷酸溶液为结合剂制备了轻质氧化铝空心球陶瓷。研究结果表明 ,磷酸与α Al2 O3微粉原位反应生成的磷酸铝能促进轻质氧化铝空心球陶瓷的烧结 :以浓度 2 5wt%的磷酸为结合剂并经 90 0℃保温 4h烧结后的轻质氧化铝空心球陶瓷 (密度为 1.4g·cm- 3) ,耐压强度达 11.8MPa ,可直接用于窑炉砌筑 ,并可在使用过程中通过二次烧结进一步提高其强度 ;以浓度为 5 0wt%的磷酸结合并经 170 0℃保温4h烧结后的轻质氧化铝空心球陶瓷 (密度为 1.4g·cm- 3) ,耐压强度达到 2 2 .8MPa ,荷重软化温度超过170 0℃ (0 .1MPa)。The lightweight bubble alumina ceramic was prepared with bubble alumina and α-Al 2O 3 powder,together with orthophosphoric acid solution as the binder.The results showed that orthophosphoric acid and α-Al 2O 3 in-situ reacted and formed aluminium phosphate that can promote the sintering of bubble alumina ceramic.Using 25 wt% orthophosphoric acid solution as the binder,after heat-treatment at 900 ℃ for 4 h,compressive strength (RT) of the lightweight alumina ceramic with relative density of 1.40 g·cm -3 reached 11.8 MPa.Therefore it can be used as thermal insulation materials to build the high temperature kiln directly after heat-treatment at low temperature,and the strength of the ceramic can be enhanced through the secondary sintering while used in the kiln.Using 50 wt% of orthophosphoric acid solution as the binder and sintered at 1700 ℃ for 4 h,compressive strength (RT) of the lightweight alumina ceramic with relative density of 1.40 g·cm -3 reached 22.8 MPa,and refractoriness under load (0.1 MPa) was higher than 1700 ℃.
