摘　　要：化学清洗是工业清洗的重要手段，用ＥＤＴＡ　清洗是近年发展的清洗工艺，使用本方法由于温度高，密闭清洗，对循环清洗泵有不同的要求，要求泵体承压高、耐气蚀；机械密封耐温高、压力大的溶液无泄漏；隔热；电机功率大等。Chemical cleaning is an important method in industrial cleaning. The cleaning with ethylenediamine tetra-acidic acid (EDTA) as the cleaning agent is a progess developed recently. Because the process is operated closely at higher pressure, it is required that the body of the pump used in the processmustbearhigherpressureand bemorebetter thermal insulation and anti-cavitation, that the mechanical seal of the pump has no leakage under high temperature and pressure, and that the moter driving the pump has a big power supply .
