复方丹参滴丸的质量研究

摘　　要：实验对复方丹参滴丸质量标准进行了研究,通过理化、薄层等鉴别方法,对其中的组份进行了定性鉴别;同时应用反相液相色谱法测定复方丹参滴丸中水溶性成份丹参素的含量,样品直接溶解,通过C_(18)预处理小柱处理后,进行测定,本方法简便,重现性好。The quality standard of compound danshen drop pills was studied. The components of the pills were qualitatively identified using physical and chemical tests, thin-layer chromatography etc. The concentration of water soluble salviol(DS-182)in the pill was measured by reversed-phase HPLC with a column pretreated by c_(18). This relatively simple HPLC method shows good reproducibility.
