摘  要:目的 探讨有机磷农药中毒及解救对过氧化脂质 (Lpo)、肌酐 (Cr)、尿素氮 (BUN )的影响。方法 采用敌百虫急性中毒模型 ,测定其中毒及解救过程中Lpo、Cr、AchE含量。结果 有机磷农药中毒及注射阿托品解救后 ,Lpo明显增高 ,使用解磷定 (PAM ) 3 0min后 ,Lpo明显降低 ;Lpo变化与AchE呈负相关性 ;Cr、BUN在中毒及解救中变化很小。结论 有机磷农药中毒时Lpo明显增高 。ObjectiveTo explore the effect s of organophorus pesticide poisoning and its rescue on lipid peroxidase(Lpo),cr eatinine(Cr) and blood urea nitrpogen(BUN).MethodsThe animal s amples of acute poisoned dipterex and rescured were used to measure the content of Lpo.Cr and cholinesterase(ChE) in the poisoning and rescue course.Res ultsLpo was higher significantly in the poisoning and rescue with the injection of atropine,and Lpo was lower significantly with the action of pralido xime(PAM) after 30 minutes.The negative correlation between the changes of Lpo a nd AchE and little changes of Cr and BUN were indicated.ConclusionThe changes of Lpo and AchE is negative correlation.
