摘 要:研究用微波消解样品 ,并以电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱 (ICP AES)法同时测定还原橄榄绿B中Cu、Fe、Pb、Ni、Cr、Sb的新方法。对影响其光谱测量的各种因素进行详细的分析 ,并确定了最佳的测定条件。结果表明 ,ICP AES方法的检出限为 0 .0 0 3~ 0 .0 13 μg·mL-1 ,回收率为 96.60 %~ 10 3 .5 6%,RSD小于 3 .0 8%。该法准确、快速、简便 ,应用于染料中杂质元素的测定 。Microwave Digestion Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry (ICP AES) method was established for the determination of Cu,Fe,Pb,Ni,Cr and Sb in vat olive green B. Various factors affecting spectrum intensity were examined in details. The optimum conditions for the determination are defined. The limit of the method is 0.003~0.013μg·mL -1 , the recycling rate ranks from 96.60% to 103.56%, RSD is less than 3.08%. This method features high accuracy, rapid response and simple operation. It is used in the determination of impure elements with the satisfactory results.
