摘　　要：在分析现行滚压工艺的基础上,研究了工艺参数与残余应力之间的关系,设计了液压式滚压装置,并以大尺寸镁合金机轮做了试验,获得了初步结论。The relationship between process parameters and residual stress is researched based on the analysis of existing rolling technology and the hydraulic rolling device is designed. The test is performed with the large-scale casting Mg alloy wheel, and the preliminary results are obtained.
