摘  要:证明磺前列酮能有效地终止小鼠、大鼠及田鼠的早期妊娠,并对大鼠离体子宫有明显收缩作用;其抗早孕效率明显高于同类物PGE_2的终止妊娠作用。在一定剂量下磺前列酮对大鼠的行为及狗的呼吸、血压、心率和心电图无明显作用,但大剂量对心血管系统有一定影响。In this report essential aspects of the activity profile of sulprostone are presented. Sulprostone (SPT) was admimsted intramuscularly or subcutaneously could interrupt the early pregnancy in mice, rats and hamsters. The ED50(95% fiducial limits) of SPT and PGE2 was 11. 8 (7.9~17. 7) μg · kg-land 810( 480~ 1360)μg · kg-1 in mice, respectively. The ED50(95% fiducial limits) of SPT was 700(500-960μg · kg-1 inrats. SPT stimulated the smooth musculars contraction like PGE2 in the isolated rat uterus. The stimulating effect on the uterine smooth mus-cules can be considered to be the cause of the abortifacient effect in laboratory animals. The results also showed that SPT at doses of 0. 3.0. 6 and 1 mg · kg-1 had no effect on the nervous system in rats. It was administed at doses of 55~71.300μg · kg-1 did not have obvious influence on cardio - vascular system. However,when the dose of SPT was in creased to 3mg · kg-1 could affect ther espira tory rate. blood pressure. heart rate etc in dogs.
