摘　　要：本文介绍了 D860-PEG6000共沉物在室温(12～28℃)及较高温度(40±5℃)下贮存1年后溶出速率基本保持不变;D860-PEG6000熔融物、D860-脲熔融物在贮存5个月期间老化明显,但在较高温度下贮存时老化慢,物理稳定性较好。药物与载体的比例对稳定性的影响不大。Making poorly soluble drugs into solid dis-persions can increase their dissolution rate andbioavailability.Solid dispersions would have thephenomenon of ageing in the storage periodwhich mainly shows at the decrement of theirdissolution rate.Poorly soluble drug D-860 wasmade into solid dispersions with soluble carriesurea.PEG-6000 was made into soliddispersions.Their dissolution rates were deter-mined at various carriers and various tempera-ture of the storage period.
