徒手单纯压迫法治疗心导管术后假性动脉瘤

摘　　要：目的 :介绍徒手单纯压迫修复法治疗 8例心导管术后股动脉假性动脉瘤的方法并评价其疗效。方法 :8例均采用徒手单纯压迫法 ,直接持续按压 30～ 4 5min ,再在加压处用纱布及弹力绷带加压包扎 ,压砂袋 10～ 12h平卧 ,患肢制动 2 4h。结果 :7例均修复成功 ,局部无大块硬结形成。仅 1例因瘤体偏大 (3 0cm× 3 0cm)及发现太晚者未成功 ,改用外科手术治疗修复成功。结论 :徒手单纯压迫修复法能有效治疗心导管术后假性动脉瘤 ,其操作简单、费用低、安全可靠、术后局部无大块硬结形成 ,不影响短时间内经同路径再次进行的介入诊治。Objective: To in troduce the manual compression repair technique in the remedy of 8 femoral arterial pseudoaneurysms post-cardiac catheterization,and to evaluate the efficacy. Method: 8 patients were directly compressed for 30 to 45 min,then the compressed point was enswathed by gauze and elastic bandge.The sandbag was put on the point for 10 to 12 hours.Meanwhile,the morement of patients was forbidden during 24 hours. Result: 7 cases were repaired successfully without partial large hardening nodules.The only one left was a tailure for too big arching.aera (3.0cm×3.0cm) and the delayed treatment,who later received surgical treatment and achieved success. Conclusion: For the treatment of femoral arterial pseudoaneurysms post-cardiac catheterization,manual compression repair is effective,safe and simple,without local large hardening nodules postoperatively.The me thods has no effect on interventional diagnosis and therapy via the same way in short period.
