登革热患者外周血CD4+、CD8+T细胞及IL-6的检测分析

摘　　要：目的 :观察登革热患者外周血CD4 +、CD8 +T细胞及IL—6的变化 ,探讨其在登革热疾病的发生和发展中的作用。方法 :12例健康人和18例登革热患者于治疗前后采静脉血 ,采用流式细胞仪检测CD4 +、CD8 +T细胞并计算CD4 +/CD8 +比值 ,ELISA检测血清IL—6水平 ,同时作外周血白细胞、血小板计数。结果 :与正常健康人和治疗后相比 ,登革热患者治疗前外周血CD4 +细胞百分比、CD4 +/CD8 +比值明显降低 (P<0 01) ,CD8 +细胞百分比和血清IL—6显著增高 (P<0 01) ,白细胞、血小板计数均明显下降 (P<0 01) ;治疗后患者以上指标与正常对照组比较差异无显著性。结论 :CD4 +、CD8 +T细胞在登革病毒感染后异常激活 ,CD4 +/CD8 +比值明显降低 ,IL—6分泌增高 ,可能在登革热的发病中起重要作用。Objective:To observe the change of CD4 + ,CD8 + Tcell in peripheral blood and serum IL-6in patients with dengue fever,so as to study its effect in the occurrence and development of dengue fever.Methods:The CD4+,CD8+Tcell in peripheral blood collected from18patients with dengue fever before and after treatment and12healthy volunteers were detected by flowcytometer,and the ratio of CD4+/CD8- was counted.The serum IL-6was measured by ELISA,absolute number of WBC and platelets in peripheral blood were countered.Results:Compared with the health controls before treatment,the CD8+Tcell and serum IL-6increased significantly(P<0.01),while the CD4+Tcell,CD4+/CD8+ratio,number of WBC and platelets remarkably(P<0.001).After treatment,all above parameters had no difference compared with the healthy control group.Conclusion:Thses CD4+,CD8+Tcell are abnormally activated after degue virus infection,the ratio of CD4+/CD8+decreases significantly and the serum IL-6increases,with may play an impaortant role in the pathogenesis of dengue fever.
