摘　　要：本文研究了维拉帕米对心肌及红细胞 Ca^(2+)-AT Pase 的作用。将40只家兔随机分为2组,分别给予维拉帕米(0.5mg/kg)和等量20%GS 静脉注射,结果发现:维拉帕米可使兔心肌 Ca^(2+)- AT Pase 活力升高,使红细胞 Ca^(2+)-AT Pase 的活力明显下降。The effects of verapamil on Ca^(2+)-ATPase ofthe myocardium and erythrocytes were studied in40 rabbits,The rabbits were divided randomly intotwo groups.Group 1 was given verapamil 0.5mg/kg(iv),and group 2(control)was given equallyamount of 20% GS.The rabbits wére killed halfhour later,and Ca^(2+)—ATPase and Ca^(2+) were de-termined.The results showed that myocardial Ca^(2+)—ATPase activities of group 1 were significantlyhigher than those of the control group.But the ery-throcytes Ca^(2+)—ATPase activities of group 1 weresignificantly lower than those of the control group.There was no difference in the myocardial Ca^(2+) be-twen the two groups,but the erythrocytes Ca^(2+) ofgroup 1 was significantly lower than that of thecontrol.This finding indicates that verapamil hasdifferent effect on myocardial Ca^(2+)-ATPase anderythrocytes.
