摘　　要：以牛血清白蛋白为载体,制备了含阿霉素的微球,粒径15～100μm,大部分为50±10μm,含药量为9.48%。作为抗癌长效制剂,初步临床试用于肝癌患者4例,显示良好疗效。The albumin microspheres containing about 9.48% doxorubicin a new dosage form for thetreatment of nonresectable hepatocellular carcino-ma,with a diameter of 50±10μm were preparedby a modified method.The release of doxorubicinfrom microsphere in vitro showed that the micro-sphere was a better sustained-release preparation.The effects in the treatment of hepatocellular car-cinoma after arterial chemoebolization were ob-served in four volunteers.Effective clinical resultswere obtained.
