摘　　要：本文采用正交试验法筛选出苍术挥发油β-环糊精包合物的最佳制备工艺——组织捣碎法。包合物经差示扫描量热法和 X-射线衍射光谱法证明,苍术挥发油确与β-环糊精形成了新的物相——包合物。并经气相色谱-质谱联用法测定,包合前后挥发油成分相同。β-cyelodextrin was used as an inclusion mate-rial for the volatile oil from Atractylodes chinensis(D C.)Koidz.The technology was examined bythe orthogonal test method.The inclusion com-pound was tested by differential scanningcalorimetry X-ray diffraction spectrum and gaschromotography-mass spectometry.It is provedthat the inclusion compound is belong to a kind ofnew phase and is stable under the testing condi-tions.
