废纸袋纸碱法预处理的研究

摘　　要：对废纸袋纸化学预处理及高温脱墨工艺进行了系统的研究 ,比较了不同的用碱量、最高温度和保温时间以及不同的脱墨剂的处理效果。研究结果表明 :废纸袋纸碱法预处理采用如下的工艺条件 :用碱量 7% ;最高温度16 0℃ ;保温时间 30min ,预处理时加入复合脱墨剂。在此条件下 ,纸浆木素脱除率 5 4 9% ;卡伯值 2 5 6 ;粘度1132cm3 /g ;得率 81.2 %。预处理后浆裂断长为 4 .6km ,耐破指数为 4 .7kPa·m2 /g ,白度 31.0 %ISO。The chemical pretreatment of waste kraft sack paper and the technology of high temperature deinking were studied. The pretreatment effects in the conditions of different NaOH charge,maximum temperature,cooking time and deinking agent were compared.The result suggests that in the conditions of the NaOH charge 7%,maximum temperature 160℃, cooking time 30min, using compound deinking agent,the delignification rate is 54.9% and Kappa number is 25.6, pulp viscosity is 1132 cm 3/g,pulp yield is 81.2% and pulp brightness is 31.0%ISO.After chemical pretreatment,breaking length of pulp is 4.6 km and burst index is 4.7 kPa·m 2/g .
