摘　　要：对氨合成和甲醇合成的反应热及平衡曲线进行了计算 ,通过对最适宜温度的计算结果 ,对平衡曲线、最适宜温度曲线和操作线进行了比较 ,分析了冷管型甲醇合成塔和氨合成塔内件的结构差异 ,对甲醇合成塔内件进行了工艺和结构设计方面的优化。Calculation was made for reaction heat and for balance curve of ammonia synthesis and methanol synthesis, comparison was made among balance curve, the most suitable temperature curve and operating line through the calculating results of the most suitable temperature, the structural difference between the internals of cooling tube type of methanol converter and ammonia converter, the internal of methanol converter was optimized from the aspects of the design of process and structure.
