摘　　要：介绍了SUPERCLAUS硫磺回收装置的工艺特点 ,阐述了装置在试开车运行中存在的问题和完善措施 ,从装置负荷、回收率及尾气排放等方面进行了工艺分析。The feature of process of Superclaus sulfur recovery plant was introduced, the existing problems in trial starting-up of this plant and the improving measures were described, analysis of process was analyzed from the aspects of load of plant, recovery rate and discharge of tail gas etc.
