尼可刹米对实验家兔瞳孔的影响

摘　　要：目的　通过动物实验 ,观察尼可刹米对家兔瞳孔的影响。方法　取本院饲养的家兔 6 0只 ,随机分两组 ,甲组 30只 ,局部用药 (滴眼 ) ,乙组 30只 ,静脉注射 ,以观察尼可刹米对瞳孔的作用及作用部位。结果　 2 0min后 ,甲组兔双眼瞳孔无明显变化 ,而乙组兔瞳孔明显缩小 ,差异有显著性意义 ,(P <0 .0 5 )。结论　尼可刹米注射给药具有缩瞳作用。OBJECTIVE To study the effect of nikethamide on rabbit's pupils. METHOD 60 rabbits were divided into two groups, 30 in group A, and the other 30 in group B. Two groups were administered nikethamide by dropping or intravenous injection, respectively.RESULTS After 20 minutes administration, the rabbit's pupils in group A did not contract markedly, however, the pupils of group B contracted obviously, the difference between two groups was significant (P<0.05).CONCLUSION Injection of nikethamide can induce pupils contract.
