祛泻壮元袋治疗虚寒性腹泻的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究祛泻壮元袋外治虚寒性腹泻病人的临床疗效。方法 :治疗组病人 6 0例 ,平均年龄 4 7 72岁± 12 89岁 ,给予祛泻壮元袋外用 ;对照组病人 30例 ,平均年龄 4 7 33岁± 12 0 4岁 ,给予补脾益肠丸口服 ,每次 6g ,3次 d ,两组疗程均为 6 0d ,并与治疗前后分别行大便常规、纤维结肠镜及全消化道钡餐透视等临床检验。结果 :治疗组治愈率为 6 3 3%,总有效率为 98 3%;对照组治愈率 4 3 3%,总有效率达 80 %。经统计学比较 ,两组有显著差异 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1)。结论 :祛泻壮元袋对虚寒性腹泻病人疗效显著 ,尤其对病人所表现的腹部畏寒喜暖、脐周冷痛、腹胀、肠鸣、腹泻等症状有良好的疗效 ,未见不良反应与副作用。Objective:To investigate the clinica effect of Qu Xie Zhuang Yuan(QXZY) bag by external use on treating patients with diarrhea due to deficiency and cold. Methods:60 patients(the average age 47 72y±12 89y) were treated with our self developed QXZY bag by external application and 30 patients(the average age 47 33y±12 07y)were given Bu Pi Yi Chang pills orally three times daily,serving as the control. All patients receive the examinations such as stool test, fibercolonoscope or gastrointestinal barium meal examination before and after the treatment. The course of treatment of both groups was 60 days. Results: The cure rate and total efficient rate in the treatment group are 53 3% and 98.3% respectively, in comparison to 43.3% and 80.0% respectively in the control. The statistic difference is significant( P <0.05, P <0.01). Conclusions: The QXZY bag is very effective for the patient with diarrhea due to deficiency and coldness, especially for some symptoms such as chillness feeling and fondness of warmth, periumbilical cramps,abdominal distension,borborygmus,looseness of the bowels, etc. Moreover,no adverse reactions or side effects occur.
