摘 要:目的 探讨脉冲多普勒肺静脉血流评价二尖瓣返流的程度。 方法 对 37例二尖瓣关闭不全患者行超声脉冲多普勒检测左、右上肺静脉血流 ,将收缩期负向频谱 ,峰值减低频谱分为Ⅱ~Ⅳ度。 结果 2 1例Ⅳ度返流者检出 2 0例 ,敏感性为 95 % ,特异性为 10 0 % ;右上肺静脉常显示血流负向频谐 ,左上肺静脉常显示峰值减低频谱。 结论 脉冲多普勒探测肺静脉血流可用于评价二尖瓣返流程度。Objective To assess the clinical signi ficance on the degree of mitral regurgitation by the use of pulsed doppler echocardiogrphy to examine the pulmonary veins flow. Methods The right and left upper pulmonary veins in 37 patien ts were measured by pulsed Dopple echocardiography. Results Among 21 patients with Ⅳ degree regurgitation,20 had reversed systolic flow map ping.T he sensitivity of reversed systolic flow mapping in detecting Ⅳ degree mitral r egurgitation was 95% and the specificity was 100%.The right upper pulmonary vei n usually showed reversed systolic flow mapping and the left upper pulmonary vei n showed blunted systolic flow mapping. Conclusion The measurement of pulmonary ve nous flow by using pulsed Doppler echocardiography may be helpful to the eval uation of mitral regurgitation.
