摘　　要：本文采用高斯烟羽扩散模式 ,从环境保护的角度 ,预测火电企业实施技术改造后 。Through adopting the Gaussian cloud-plume diffused model,from the environmental protection's point of view, the improvement of regional environmental quality and caused environmental benefits were forecasted as the technical innovation of thermal power enterprises were implemented.
