摘　　要：2003年,全国银行间同业拆借和债券市场迎来新的发展,市场规模不断扩大,交易量突破17万亿元大关。利率波动幅度增大,利率敏感性增强。银行间市场的功能不断增强,成为央行宏观调控与金融机构管理资产的有效平台。In 2003, the interbank lending and bond market achieved a new phase of development with market scale expanding and turnover topping 17 trillion yuan.The range of interest rate fluctuation enlarged and interest rate sensitivity was enhanced.The interbank market,with its stronger functions,has become an effective platform for the central bank's macro adjustment and financial institutions'asset management.
