摘 要:目的 探讨机体习服于缺氧环境后组织葡萄糖摄取的变化特点。方法 将大鼠置模拟海拔 5 0 0 0m低压舱内 3 0d后 ,取动脉血 ,测定血气、血糖、血常规等 ,取双后肢骨骼肌测定组织葡萄糖水平、葡萄糖摄取率 ,并分离细胞内、外膜进行葡萄糖结合实验测定葡萄糖结合位点数及其亲和力 ,各指标以平原大鼠进行对照。结果 缺氧组大鼠血糖显著高于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。骨骼肌中葡萄糖水平、葡萄糖摄取率、内外膜葡萄糖结合位点数均非常显著地高于对照组 (P <0 0 1)。结论 细胞对葡萄糖的摄取能力增强是机体习服于缺氧环境后优先利用葡萄糖的重要机制之一。Objective To investigate the characteristic of glucose transport in tissue after hypoxia acclimatization. Methods After Wistar rats were exposed to hypobaric hypoxia simulating an altitude of 5 000 m for 30 d, determination of the blood gas, blood sugar and routine blood examination were conducted; the glucose level, the glucose uptake rate, the binding sites, and the affinity of glucose transporters in skeletal muscle were also determined. Indices in the hypoxic group were compared with those in the control group (sea level group). Results The blood sugar level in the hypoxic group was significantly higher than that in the control group ( P <0 05). The glucose level, the uptake rate, and the number of binding sites in skeletal muscle after hypoxia acclimatization were also significantly higher than those in sea level group. Conclusion The enhanced ability of glucose uptake after hypoxia acclimatization may be one of the mechanisms of utilizing glucose preferentially during hypoxic exposure.
