真皮组织瓣修复口内粘膜缺损后再生上皮角蛋白表达模式的实验研究

摘　　要：目的　观察真皮瓣移植口内后再生上皮角蛋白表达模式的变化。方法　 12只成年健康家犬的右侧颊粘膜人为造成缺损 ,以颈阔肌真皮瓣 (PMDF)立即修复 ,免疫组化染色观察愈合过程中组织瓣表面上皮角蛋白CK10、CK19表达模式的变化。结果　真皮瓣转移后 4周 ,再生上皮基底层及基底上层少量表达CK19;12周后再生上皮基本保持皮肤原有表达模式。结论　真皮瓣转移口内后表面的再生上皮维持表皮原有结构 。Objective To observe the changes in cytokeratin expression pattern of the regenerated epithelia of dermal tissue flaps transferred for intraoral mucosal reconstruction. Methods Mucosal defects were made on the right buccal mucosa of 12 healthy adult dogs, and then were reconstructed immediately by pedicled platysma myodermal flaps (PMDF). Changes in the expression patterns of CK10 and CK19 of the epithelia on the flaps were observed by immunohistochemical staining. Results Low level of CK19 expression was found in the basal layer and the layers superior to the basal layer of the regenerated epithelia at 4 week after transferring the dermal tissue flaps. The expression pattern of keratin in PMDF was identical to that of the normal skin 12 weeks later. Conclusion The regenerated epithelia remain the original structure without mucosal changes.
