摘  要:采用低压屏蔽法对发电机定子绕组进行直流泄漏试验,发现泄漏电流异常增大。通过试验数据的分析和氢气冷却器的检查,排除了定子绕组发生绝缘故障的可能,找到了因氢气冷却器故障使泄漏电流异常增大的原因。清除绕组端部污秽后,泄漏电流正常。The direct-current leakage test is implemented by using the microampere shielded in low-voltage, and the leakage current increasing of generator stator winding abnormally is detected. With analyzing on the test data and inspecting of hydrogen cooler, the insulator failure of stator winding is excluded, the reason of leakage current increasing abnormally caused by the hydrogen cooler fault is also founded. After cleaning the winding end, the leakage current becomes normal.
