摘 要:目的 探讨正常移植肾血流的三维彩色多普勒成像特征。方法 功能正常的同种异体移植肾患者 2 2例 ;仪器为 Acuson X/ P 12 8彩色多普勒超声诊断仪 (探头频率 3.5 MHz)和Tom Tec Echoscan 4 .2三维彩色多普勒图像处理工作站 ,采用磁场空间定位自由扫查系统进行三维图像获取 ,脱机后进行移植肾血流的三维图像重建与显示。结果 移植肾血流的三维彩色多普勒图像特征为 ,可以立体地显示整个肾脏的血管树结构及血管变异特征。结论 三维彩色多普勒超声成像技术能够对肾脏血管进行完整、直观、立体地显示 ,是对二维超声切面成像的一个有意义的改进和提高。Objective:This study was performed to probe into characteristics of transplanted kidney flow by three-dimensional color Doppler ultrasonography.Methods:Twenty-two patients who received allogeneic transplantation of kidney were performed three-dimensional color Doppler ultrasonography.The adopted instruments included Acuson X/P 128 color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis system with a 3.5 MHz convex array transducer and Tom Tec computer station of three-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound imaging(Echoscan 4.20.The way of acquiring images was magnetic positioning free-hand scanning.Three-dimensional reconstrution and display of renal tissue structure and flow were performed off-line.Results:The vasculature characteristics of transplanted kidney could be showed stereo by the three-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound imaging,and also its anatomical vasculature variation.Conclusions:The three-dimensional color Doppler ultrasonography can show vasculature of transplanted kidney more stereoscopic,more integrated and more directly.Three-dimensional color Doppler ultrasonograhy can complete and improve two-dimensional ultrasonographic image which can improve te diagnostic quality of ultrasonograpy on monitoring transplanted kidney.
