摘  要:针对我国火电厂广泛采用的计划检修模式存在的缺陷,如临时性维修频繁、维修不足或维修过剩、盲目维修等问题,通过对国内外检修管理体制的现状分析,较深入地剖析火电厂检修所面临的问题,在此基础上提出一种基于可用性的检修方式及可用性优先参数的概念,并通过一个具体检修实例的应用,介绍上述检修方式的基本原理、应用方法及优越性。According to the defect of the planned overhaul pattern which is used widely in thermal power plant in China, such as temporary maintenance frequently, lack of maintenance or overextend, blindly maintenance etc., this paper analyzes the facing problems for thermal power plant overhaul, combined with the analysis of present situation for overhaul management system both domestic and abroad. An overhaul pattern based on availability, and a concept based on availability prior parameters is put forward in the paper. The basic principles, application method and its superiority of above mentioned overhaul pattern are also introduced, through an application of specific overhaul example.
