摘　　要：用ELISA法测定正常人、Graves病粒细胞正常者及因抗甲状腺药物 (ATD)治疗所致粒细胞减少者血清粒细胞集落刺激因子 (G CSF)水平 ,结果提示ATD致粒细胞减少并不是GThe serum granulocyte colony-sti mu lating factor (G-CSF) in normal controls, Graves′ disease (GD) patients with n ormal granuloemia and GD patients with granulopenia induced by antithyroid drugs was measured by ELISA. The results suggest that granulopenia induced by antithy roid drugs is not related to G-CSF.
