摘　　要：以牛血清白蛋白作为内水相稳定剂,采用独特的微波固化技术,使牛血清白蛋白固化。通过对稳定剂、乳化剂及工艺条件的筛选,制备了比较稳定的甲氨蝶呤多层乳剂。Bovine serum albumin was used as the stabilizer of the internalaqueous phase of a microsphere-in-oil-in-water(s/o/w)multiple emulsion.Usingthe unique microwave technique,the albumin in w/o emulsion could be solidifiedto form s/o emulsion.On the basis of screening manufacturing procedures andformulations including stabilizers,emulsifiers,etc;the optimal preparation of methotrexate-loaded s/o/w multiple emulsion was obtained.
