脾气虚证血清锌、铜、钙、镁、铁的变化及其意义

摘　　要：采用原子吸收光谱法,测定了53例脾气虚证患者血清中锌、钢、钙、镁、铁的含量,同时与84例健康人作对照,结果脾气虚患者锌、镁值降低,铜值及铜/锌比值均升高(P均<0.05—0.01);钙与铁虽有轻微升高,但与正常组对照,均无显著差异(p均>0.05)。提示脾气虚患者存在有微量元素代谢的异常,其含量的变化与中医脾气虚证有一定的关系。The content of Zn, Cu, Ca, Mg and Fe in serum of 53 cases with deficiency of spleen qi had been determined with atomic adsorption spectroscopy method in this articlc. And the control group of 84 cases of health person was set up. These results showed that the value of Zn and Mg in deficiency of spleen qi decreased, the value of Cu and Cu/Zn increased (p<0.05—0.01); the value of Ca and Fe increased slightly, which compared with the control group, the result was no marked difference(p>0.05). It suggested that the patients with deficiency of spleen qi had the abnormality of the microelement metabolism, the changes of its content was certain related to deficiency of spleen qi syndrome of TCM.
