摘  要:目的 采用高效液相色谱法测定克林霉素磷酸酯栓中克林霉素磷酸酯的含量。方法 用SymmetryShieldC18柱 (5 μm ,2 5 0mm× 4 6mm) ,以乙腈 枸橼酸溶液 (取枸橼酸 1 0 5g ,加水溶成 10 0 0mL ,即得 ) (2 2∶78)为流动相 ,用紫外检测器于 2 10nm处检测。结果 线性范围为 99 36~ 14 9 0 4 μg·mL-1(r=0 9997)。平均回收率为 10 1 2 % ,RSD =0 2 5 % (n =3)。结论 本法操作简便 ,分析准确快速 ,干扰小。OBJECTIVE: A HPLC method was established for the determination of clindamycin phophate for clindamycin phophate suppositories. METHODS: Clindamycin phophate was separated on Symmetry Shield C18 column (5 μm, 250 mm × 4.6 mm) with citric acid solution (citric acid 1.05 g dissolved in water and diluted to 1000 mL)-acetonitrile (78:22) as the mobile phase and detected at 210 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL&middotmin-1. RESULTS: The standard curve was linear over the concentration range of 99.36 - 149.04 μg&middotmL-1 and the correlation coefficient was 0.9997. The average recovery and the relative standard deviation was 101.2%, and 0.25% respectively. CONCLUSION: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reliable.
