摘　　要：本文报告了荧光分光光度法检测普鲁卡因血药浓度。应用50%亚砷酸钠为胆碱酯酶抑制剂,用乙酸乙酯提取,测定有机相的荧光强度。标准曲线的直线回归方程为y=0.5078x+0.2693,r=0.9996。回收率为102.8%,变异系数为4.5%。A method of determination of serum procaine concenrtations with fluorospectrophotmetry was reported in this paper.50% sodium arsenic solution was used as the inhibitor of plasma cholinesterase. The serum was extracted with ethyl acetate andthe organic phase was determined. The regression equation of the standard curve was Y=0.5078X+0.2693, r=0.9996.The recovery was 102.8% with CV=4.4%. The method was used in the pharmacokinetic research of intravenors procaine in-fusion。
