摘　　要：该文介绍了澳大利亚汇率制度演变的历史进程和外汇管理的基本情况,探讨该国从有管理的浮动汇率转向自由浮动汇率过程中的经验教训,并结合当前我国经济、金融发展的现状,就完善人民币汇率形成机制、调整外汇管理政策以及发展、完善外汇市场等提出了若干思路。This paper introduces the evolution of Australia's FX regime and its FX administration.The paper discusses Australia's experience with the transformation from managed floating to free floating and its relevancy to China.The paper also offers thoughts on China's financial development and puts forward suggestions on perfecting the RMB exchange rate forming mechanism, adjusting FX administration policies,as well as developing and improving the FX market.
