摘　　要：本文用尿药浓度法,研究了6名志愿者单剂量口服诺氟沙星胶囊400mg后的药物动力学,其药动学参数分别是:β=0.1789h^(-1);T_(1/2β)=3.87h;AU^(0→24)=108.925mg;累积尿药排泄率为27.23%。The concentration of norfloxacin in urine of six healthy volunteers was determined after the capsulewas c?ally given by single-dose. The pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated from the urine drug concentration curves, the pharmacokinetic parameters of norfloxacin capsules were β=0.1789h?; T_(1/2) (β)=?.87n; AU^(0→24)=108.93mg and cumulative eliminative rate was 27.23%.
