摘　　要：介绍了集成光学基本概念及其主要应用领域,分析了集成光学国际研究现状。在理论研究方面,对新型器件的设计、计算和模拟以及基于固体物理学和波动光学的基础理论研究是目前研究热点;而在器件研究方面,通信及传感器件是目前的研究热点。同时还分析了集成光学器件的发展趋势,指出光学双稳态集成器件以及新一代集成光学传感器的研究将是未来集成光学器件的一个研究热点。The concepts and applications of integrated optics are introduced, and the present status of integrated optics is discussed. The theoretical study focuses on the design and simulation of new type integrated devices, as well as on the new concept investigation based on solidstate physics and wave optics; The experimental study focuses on the communication elements and sensors. The development trends on the viewpoint of integrated optics devices are analyzed, and the study of integration for optical bistable components and new integrated photosensors will become a hotspot in the future.
